Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") applies to residential and commercial cleaning services booked through Empire Facility Solutions Group ("EFSG"), a DBA and brand of Empire Business Solutions & Advertising LLC. By booking a service, you ("Client") agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of Services
EFSG coordinates the cleaning services you select at booking (such as Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, or Move In / Move Out), including any add-ons. Specific tasks are based on the service tier and details provided at booking.
2. Independent Service Providers
Cleaning services are performed by qualified independent service providers engaged by EFSG. Provider assignment may vary by location, availability, and job requirements.
3. Scheduling and Access
The Client is responsible for providing accurate access instructions and a safe environment. If the provider cannot access the location at the scheduled time, a lockout or late-cancellation fee may apply.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on the information provided at booking. Final charges may be adjusted if the actual scope differs materially from what was described. Payment is due as presented at booking and processed through our authorized platforms.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made within the window presented at booking. Late changes may be subject to a fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area does not meet the agreed standard, notify EFSG within 24 hours of service. We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge, subject to our policies.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or hazardous items prior to service;
- Disclose pets, hazards, or special conditions in advance;
- Provide a safe and respectful environment for the service provider.
8. Damage and Breakage
Concerns regarding damage or breakage should be reported to EFSG within 24 hours of service so they can be reviewed and addressed in accordance with our policies and applicable coverage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of EFSG and Empire Business Solutions & Advertising LLC is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
