Provider Terms
These Provider Terms govern the relationship between Empire Facility Solutions Group ("EFSG"), a DBA and brand of Empire Business Solutions & Advertising LLC, and independent service providers ("Providers") who accept cleaning jobs coordinated through EFSG.
1. Independent Contractor Relationship
Providers are engaged as independent contractors (1099), not as employees of EFSG or Empire Business Solutions & Advertising LLC. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. See our Independent Contractor Notice for details.
2. Eligibility
Providers must complete the application and vetting process, including any background screening, and must maintain the legal right to work and to perform the services offered.
3. Standards of Service
- Arrive on time and complete jobs to the standard described for each service tier;
- Follow EFSG checklists and quality expectations;
- Treat clients, their homes, and their property with professionalism and care;
- Maintain appropriate conduct and confidentiality at all times.
4. Scheduling and Acceptance
Providers set their own availability and may accept or decline jobs offered through the platform. Providers control the manner and means of performing accepted work.
5. Payment
Providers are paid according to the pay structure presented for accepted jobs. As independent contractors, Providers are responsible for their own taxes and are not entitled to employee benefits.
6. Supplies, Equipment, and Insurance
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Providers supply their own equipment and supplies and are responsible for maintaining any insurance required for their work.
7. Confidentiality
Providers must keep client information, access details, and EFSG business information confidential and use it only to perform accepted jobs.
8. Termination
Either party may end the working relationship at any time. EFSG may suspend or remove a Provider for conduct, quality, or safety concerns.
